Dott.ssa Cristiana Caria is a Holistic Professional, or Consultant for the Development of Consciousness through Integrated Disciplines, specialized in Business & Executive Coaching.
Born in Italy, she graduated with honours in 1996 from the University of Bologna, at the Faculty of Humanities and Arts. During her adolescence, following a severe accident, she experienced a near-death experience (NDE) that profoundly shaped her path, directing her towards the study of the Ancient Wisdom Teachings and the research for a deeper meaning of Existence.
From 2000 to 2006 she lived in Sydney, Australia, where she undertook an intensive holistic training, and taught meditation courses and seminars on the development of consciousness and inner potential at the New Awareness Centre. This period, enriched by exposure to an international cultural environment, fostered her encounter with innovative disciplines and approaches, further broadening her understanding and vision. During this time, Dott.ssa Caria met Mike Booth, Principal of Aura-Soma Ltd and successor of Vicky Wall, founder of the
Aura-Soma® system—a method based on the vibration of colour to understand the unfolding of human consciousness. She soon became his official Italian translator and organizer. Through nine years of intensive training and collaboration, she qualified as a Trainer of
Aura-Soma® Teachers, traveling throughout Italy and abroad. In January 2006, due to her growing teaching commitments in Europe, she moved back to Italy.
In 2012, pursuing her research into number as a mathematical vibration of consciousness, she met Claudine Aegerter, founder of the Connaissance School of Numerology and President of the Association Internationale de Numerologues (AIN). After completing the Foundation course, she was immediately invited to become a Teacher and later a Teacher Trainer for the School at an international level.
From 2014 onwards, she expanded her field of research to the corporate sector, obtaining certification as a Coach with INCOACHING and advancing her studies with Timothy Gallwey, the father of modern coaching, in his Inner Game™ methodology. In the same year, she travelled to Oxford, England, to undertake the training in Quantum Strategy Dynamics (QSD) with Danah Zohar—recognized by Financial Times Prentice Hall as one of the world’s greatest management thinkers, a physicist, faculty member in executive business schools, and contributor to the Shell Challenges for Change faculty program and Oxford University’s Strategic Leadership Programme. Following this experience, Danah Zohar invited her to cooperate in her seminars, by assisting her in a workshop in Oxford and organizing workshops in Italy.
These experiences laid the foundation for her professional activity as a Business & Executive Coach, aimed at introducing practices of Presence and Conscious Leadership within corporate contexts. As part of her vision, in 2017 she founded the
International Initiation School, an holistic school accredited by AIPO (Associazione Italiana Professionisti Olistici) in accordance with the Law No. 4/2013. The School offers a professional training program for
Holistic Professionals, or Consultants for the Development of Consciousness through Integrated Disciplines. The program provides the necessary tools to support everyone in their professional and personal fulfilment.
Since 2017, she collaborates with Emiliano Toso, biologist and 432Hz musician, with whom she conceived and published the CD Le Lettere della Creazione, and organized various events across Italy. The aim is to share the vision that music, colour, and mathematical vibration are different expressions of the Mental Universe which we are part of.
In May 2021, she chose to deepen her professional training by integrating the use of the Labyrinth, already widely used in Executive, Business, and Life Coaching, as a tool to enhance the Leadership presence and inner focus. She trained with Rev. Dr. Lauren Artress, President and Founder of Veriditas and leading voice of the global Labyrinth Movement, becoming a certified Labyrinth Facilitator and a member of VIA (Veriditas International Association). She also designed and realized the Crystal Labyrinth of Stavello in collaboration with
Oasi Zegna (BI).
Dr.ssa Cristiana Caria has devoted her academic and professional journey to the study of the Ancient Wisdom Teachings, with the purpose of exploring their underlying principles and application within the broader field of consciousness development. Her activity is directed toward the transmission of this knowledge in a contemporary framework, integrating both theoretical foundations and practical methodologies to facilitate the cultivation of a deeper self-awareness. Her work is oriented toward fostering the recognition and refinement of individual talents, while simultaneously supporting a process of inner transformation and the transcendence of limiting mental, emotional and behavioural patterns. Through this approach, she guides participants toward the full realization of their potential and the comprehension of their unique life purpose, within a context that promotes both personal evolution and professional growth.
In February 2024, Dr. Caria was appointed as the official Ambassador of the Association Internationale de Numerologues in Italy, furthering the understanding of number as consciousness.
In March 2025, through her school, she took part into the educational project God’s p-LAN Tecnologie Etica Creatività Cittadinanza Attiva at the Istituto Tecnico Buonarroti in Trento. The project’s aim was to foster, in addition to technical skills, the development of soft skills—creativity, communication, teamwork, and time management—essential for professional success and for enhancing collaboration within companies and work teams. On this occasion, she delivered ten hours of training on the theme: Develop Your SQ to Improve Your Personal and Professional Life.
In July 2025, Dr.ssa Caria began a collaboration with Formez PA for the delivery of teaching Modules on Conscious Leadership for the Italian Public Administration.
Dr. Cristiana Caria combines a solid academic background and extensive international experience with deep inner and spiritual research, with the purpose of promoting the development of individual and collective consciousness.
