Training Structure

The Training Structure of the International Initiation School is a three-year journey of professional holistic training, personal growth and consciousness development, designed to accompany the student through the progressive study of the holistic disciplines and the maturation of an integrated vision of the human being.

The School has developed a programme of training and inner growth lasting three years, up to a maximum of five, with the aim of guiding each student and potential future Facilitator towards a deeper connection with their Soul, their authentic Self and the deeper direction of their life path.

The pathway arises from the vision of the International Initiation School, according to which the knowledge of the human being requires the integration of study, personal experience, practice, inner observation and the development of awareness.

The disciplines offered by the School are studied as complementary languages for understanding the person in their wholeness: body, mind, emotion, energy, soul and consciousness.

Through the study of disciplines such as Esoteric Numerology, Esoteric and Evolutionary Astrology, Kabbalah, Esoteric Tarot, Meditation, Mindfulness, Colour, Inner Alchemy, SQ – Spiritual Intelligence and other teachings included in the programme, the student is accompanied in developing a greater capacity for symbolic reading, listening, intuition, synthesis and inner orientation.

The School programme is divided into 750 hours of training plus 300 hours of Personal Growth, distributed across supervision hours, internship, consultations, master courses, sacred tours and specialisation courses. The purpose of the contents included in the Personal Growth section is to allow the student to become familiar with different ways of developing the being and to learn different ways of expressing their talent, opening to a broader vision of different techniques and professional collaborations.

The Training Structure supports the student’s preparation on both an educational and a personal level. The academic training provides tools, methods and skills; Personal Growth supports inner maturation, presence, discernment and the ability to integrate what is studied into one’s concrete experience.

Tutoring is a one-to-one relationship in which a teacher, appointed and indicated by the Educational Council, supports a student with functions of facilitation and assistance in their soul and cognitive process.

Supervision is an activity aimed at monitoring the student’s learning and elaboration process, in order to support the future practice of their profession in a qualified manner. It may be carried out individually or in a group.

Internship is a period of training and orientation towards the practice of the Soul Facilitator, with the purpose of helping the student define their professional project. According to the law, internship is “an activity whose purpose is to create moments of alternation between study and work within training processes and to facilitate professional choices through direct knowledge of the world of work” (D.M. 142 of 25/3/1998, art. 1 in Appendix II).

The School offers everyone the possibility to attend training courses without the aim of obtaining the professional qualification. Students may therefore take part in individual courses, Mini Pathways or activities within the Personal Pathway, according to their interests, their current life phase and the level of depth they wish to explore.

The training is compulsory for students enrolled in the Holistic Practitioner Training within the Soul Facilitator Model, whereas for students enrolled in the Mini Pathways or in the Personal Pathway, who attend the School for their own growth in awareness, the Personal Growth component is optional and left to the discretion of the individual.

The School is officially accredited by AIPO – Associazione Italiana Professionisti Olistici as a Training Pathway for Holistic Practitioners pursuant to Law No. 4/2013. In the AIPO definition, the Holistic Practitioner is a Consultant for the Development of Consciousness through Integrated Disciplines, possessing transversal skills derived from the learning of different disciplines and techniques.

The Holistic Practitioner considers the human being as a Unit of Consciousness manifesting through multiple dimensions and recognises every living being as a unity of body, soul and spirit. Their attention is directed towards an integrated vision of the human being and of reality, observing the person from the physical, mental-emotional and energetic points of view, in order to educate towards individual holistic wellbeing.

The Holistic Practitioner accompanies the person in recovering greater harmony through self-awareness, supporting the development of their potential and their ability to move through the different situations of life with greater presence, responsibility and autonomy. The AIPO Holistic Practitioner is now a qualification recognised under the law for applying to professional opportunities within the Public Administration.

Below are the Contents of the Three-Year Training Programme, organised across the three academic years included in the School pathway

Compulsory Work (for Student Type 1 and Type 2)

15 hours of Tutoring per year - 45 hours in total for the 3-year period - Personal Journey Tutoring and School Journey Tutoring (9 hours minimum). The Student will have to carry out these sessions on a regular basis with a Tutor appointed by the School, in order to be supported through the Training and the Personal Inner Journey. The session must be booked by contacting the Secretary at the School Office.

●    3 consultations after each Numerology Course - 9 hours in total. 
The Student will be asked to carry them out, to report or audio-record them. The consultations must be sent to the School Office 15 days before the beginning of the follow-on course.
●    6 Consultations regarding Angels + Hebrew Letters - 15 hours in total over the three-year period (3 consultations over the second year and 3 consultations over the third year). 
●    20 Astrological Consultations - 60 hours in total. 
●    Reading Books and relevant written reports.

●    Group and/or Individual Supervision - 50 hours in total (at least 15 hours per year).

The dates of Group Supervision will be issued by the School every three months. The individual sessions must be booked with the Secretary at the School Office.

The courses included in the Crescita Personale Calendar are part of the Optional School Activities. Every year the Calendar is revised, and new Seminars added. In order to receive the updated Calendar, please contact the School Office.
